• Inform 1 day prior about admitting the patient
• You can bring the patient or ask for conveyance (ambulance or car) to the hospital from your location
• Complete sign up formalities
• Patient is registered as a resident after sign up and payment is complete

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6 pairs of clothing with patient’s name sewn on it
• Negative RT-PCR less than 48 hours old or 2nd dose vaccination certification
• Medical history including existing conditions and medicines patient is taking
